Mowing The Road Banks
It's one thing to make sure that your crops are looking up to par, meaning no weeds (that is why Bert sprays) in the field. But it is completely another to actually go above and beyond to make the grass around the field look nice. By mowing the road banks, I think it only emphasises the crop in the field. By manicuring the grass, the corn looks taller, sturdier, buffer (?), and the beans look fuller, stronger and darn right beautiful.
