I Have Lost All Feeling In My Legs!

Yesterday, BDW (Big Daddy Wayne) was cutting beans next to the grain bins. So I had an ingenious idea to climb to the top of the bins and look down onto the combine to take a picture. I wanted a different camera angle to show you all, instead of the "straight on shot" that I am used to. So I trudged up the the side of the bins in my overalls, with Ty (my precious little pup) worried sick at the bottom, awaiting anxiously for my return. Now it is a good thing that I am not afraid of heights because, I could have swore that I could have seen the Hermanoff vineyards in the horizon (which is approximately 508.5 Km away). It was an absolutely gorgeous site, with the leaves changing to all of the beautiful harvest shades. However, I am paying dearly for that little venture today. I am currently walking around the farmstead like it was the first time I have ever rode a horse. Bow legged and all. Ouch. But it was so worth it.

Sincerely,
Farming Fabulously
